What we store

Wantcha AI stores the account details you submit (such as email and display name), the Wants you publish, offers and messages tied to those Wants, and basic product events needed to run matching and notifications. We do not collect device GPS. Public pages show city and country only when you enter them.

Visibility of Wants

Private Wants are not listed in Explore, the world feed, sitemaps, or seller intent feeds. Matched-only Wants are visible to the owner and to sellers the matching service has scored as eligible. Your Intent Passport is readable only by you. Sellers see requirements you place on a Want, not the passport itself.

Contact and email

Email addresses are not shown on public Wants. Contact sharing, if you allow it, is intended only after you accept an offer. Transactional email (for example offer or message alerts) is sent only when email notifications are enabled for the product and you have not unsubscribed.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We use essential cookies for sign-in and session security. When Google Analytics or similar measurement is configured, it may set cookies or similar identifiers to understand aggregate traffic. If Google AdSense is enabled on public pages later, Google and its partners may use cookies or advertising identifiers to show and measure ads according to Google's policies. Ads are never intended inside private dashboards, private Wants, or payment flows.

You can learn more about Google's use of data in advertising from Google's published privacy and ads resources. Browser controls and Google's ad settings can limit personalized advertising where available.

Processors

Depending on configuration, hosting and data processing may involve providers such as Vercel (app hosting), Supabase (authentication and database), Resend (transactional email), and Google (Analytics / AdSense when enabled). Each provider processes data under its own terms for the services we use.
